What's on your Menu today (Tuesday) RNYers?
Good morning menu peeps and Daisy. I am so sorry that I have been missing in action for a bit. It has been crazy around here for the last couple of weeks with the holidays, my birthday celebration, work, crappy weather/traffic disasters and my Dad is also not doing well. On the positive side, I am almost done with my holiday shopping. I hope to finish that up today, and then I need to get to the grocery store and get the stuff for Christmas Eve dinner (I am hosting). I am also at Defcon 1 with my weight. I am a pound above my "oh ****" weight, so it is CAMAW for the next couple of days to knock it back down. Curses on you delicious Christmas ****tails!

I LOL'd at "Defcon 1" with my weight, ya that was me last week and wait until Christmas eve & Day get here, I will for sure be at Defcon a million!! Good for you on the CAMAW.

A late on the run post for me today. I missed yesterday. Lots of stress in my house lately. College aged daughter needing lots of complex support.
QOTD: Wow! Well, as I've posted before, I am currently a SAHM, so figuring out my "dream job" is the QOEVERYDAY! But, for one week. I think I would like to work for the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation in a planning/goal-setting role. Seriously.
Menu. Gosh, I have no idea what my menu is.
B: lots of Crio Bru already.
L: Deli turkey with Muenster cheese and grape tomatoes
D: Leftover Italian beef in tomato sauce (family having pasta). Plus chopped salad.
S: As always, home baked parmesan crisps and cashews. Also I must confess to dark chocolate already, small but must be noted: about 1/4 oz.
