If I had held off a bit I'd have gotten mine for this price, darn it, but even so....I ADORE my instant pot....it's totally worth buying and there are lots of recipes and facebook groups aimed at healthy eating ideas :)

For anyone one who yet have not discovered the joy of cooking in a pressure cooker and for the rest of us that are crazy about "trow things in push a button(s) and walk away" -dinner in 20-30 min ...device..

Of course one of my favorite site - that actually made me go and buy my first IP ,(instant pot pressure cooker). She has serious gut issues and her recipes really helped me to find joyful things to eat in my worst gut situation - with my severe allergies. Btw - doing what I was doing for app 2 years is really working for me - slowly healing my gut and making me less sensitive to my food allergens.
