That is hilarious. Now I'm convinced that Spielberg knew a WLS patient and modeled it after them. Ha!

Morning everyone!
Today is baking day. It's funny, I thought I'd be stressed about making sweets, but I'm not tempted at all, and it's actually been very liberating. i can't say this will always be the case, but I'm still amazed at the effects of this surgery. They go way beyond restriction for me.
Qotd: yup. I rolled my parents mini van when I was 18. Rolled, and flipped it apparently...Totaled it. My younger sister was with me. She was fine, I broke a wrist and had some wicked bruising to my face.Spent a night in emerg to make sure there was no brain injury.
I spent the summer with my hand bent forward in a Kermit the frog puppet kind of position, if that makes sense. I still camped and was outdoors a lot that summer. That cast was a disgusting mess when they took it off haha.
Menu:
B: protein shake
L: going out for pho with one of my sisters. I'll get extra bean sprouts, no noodles and maybe extra meat.
D: leftover beef stew.
have a great day everyone!

Morning friends!
Edited with a QOTD (and more!). I have had a bunch of trips to the ER. Fractured leg, unable to keep down fluids, weird abdominal pain...I've had it all. There is nothing "emergency" about a city ER, though. I usually had to wait 6 hours just to get an initial glance. So frustrating.
Still on track and happy to report that my fat pants are loose again :) ...but look what I'm sitting next to at work, again!?!?? Argh.
B: Fit Frappe Protein Coffee
S: Cheese stick and Chomps meat stick
L: Greek yogurt
D: Hamburger no bun

I wish I could, Karen! But my coworkers are devouring them as we speak. I'm thinking about going early to the other school in this area in hopes that they are treat-free. Unlikely. Holiday time at schools are ridiculous...

Right now I'm actually able to conjure the nausea that I know I'd feel if I ate it. But no lie, the smell is amazing...and another 6 hours of them in front of me will be hard to ignore!
