Crazy!! It's the huge swings in temperature that drive me crazy (50 degree drop tonight). Pick a season, already, Mother Nature!!

I had not thought of the fact that I could go to WW for free now. I am even a few pounds under my lowest WW weight, so I will keep that in mind when I need extra support. Thanks for the great idea. Hoping it helps you during this time.

Thanks. Yep the free part is awesome. I have gone 4 or 5 times since I got to goal. When I gain more than 5, I usually go for a few weeks until I am back on track.

HAPPY WINTER BREAK! I still have a week to go and...oh...I cannot wait!

I also work for inner city schools and I hate that people give our kids a bad wrap. They are awesome! So proud of your daughter, too :)

Good luck saying no to the treats. I think I finally broke my bad streak. Fingers crossed that I can keep it going!

No new knowledge here either. It's a bit warmer this morning here in Illinois but this afternoon temps drop off again to the coldest yet with chances of snow and freezing rain. Here's the food plan too B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 31/2 oz deli turkey and cheese 1/2 c sweet potatoes and onions D 1 c ham and  beans S either P3 Pak or mission one chocolate brownie protein bar.  Have an amazing Saturday everyone!

My son wants to watch the last Star Wars movie tonight in preparation for the new one. Family movie night with my 25 year old - I'll take it!

QOTD: Most of my newly learned things lately are around cooking (from my chef son).  Like Sous Vide cooking - never heard of it, but he has made some great stuff (meat, so WLS friendly).

B: eggbeaters, cottage cheese, roasted peppers/chilis

L: tuna, cottage cheese

D: probably part of leftover cheeseburger and root begetables

S: nut thins/hummus, light Swiss miss cocoa, jerky, coffee

Have a great Saturday!
