you for sure deserve a mani AND a pedi!!
Your floors are amazing, I love them WOW they did a fantastic job!
Emily looks so happy with her friends! She looks so much like you Kelly, such a pretty girl!!!
Have a good restful weekend, sounds like you are super busy next week!
I love your Santa's, Daisy and especially that your mother made them. I am not a very Christmasy person as I don't even ahave a tree or any decorations up. I did finally start to get in the Christmas spirit last night Wednesday night after I watched the Pentatonix Christmas special. Their singing is amazing and they did my two favorites--"Hallelujah" and "Mary Did You Know" and they were beautiful. I love to sing but wish I had a strong enough voice and good enough pitch to go a capella. I always accompany myself on the piano. Plans for the weekend include making cookies for a cookie swap at church and wrapping presents. I have ours to wrap plus some that our youngest sent home with us when we were in Georgia a few weeks ago. He didn't want to have to bring them home on the plane. Another cold one here in Illinois but not supposed to warm up too much so after I have one cup of coffee Lily and I will do our 3.2 mile walk/jog. Post op 4 years and almost 4 months and weight at 117 today. Here's the food plan B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 3 yummy meatballs left over from the Italian restaurant last night and 1/2 c sweet potatoes and onions D 31/2 oz roast beef 1/2 c sweet potatoes and onions S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar. Have a great day everyone and make the choices that get you one step closer to your goals.
Love the Spirit! Also...I think I have that same sweater and I love it. You should wear that color all the time. It goes so cute with your hair. Have a wonderful weekend!

I get not being very Christmasy Karen. Because we don't have kids and 99% of the time because we have such a small house and we have a lot of extended family members who are afraid of dogs we tend to go over to peoples houses instead of people coming to our house so why decorate, so ya I totally get ya.
Have fun baking your cookies. I could bake cookies but I don't think I could trust myself around a "Cookie Swap" that is just way too much temptation in one place!!!
Have a good weekend, stay warm and give Lily a snuggle!
Good morning, menu gang! It's getting pretty close to Christmas, and my final day of shopping will be Dec. 23rd. We open gifts with our kids on the 24th, so I've been searching for the right gift ideas for each of them.
QOTD: I started out at MO, now I'm just obese. I know now that I can get in the floor and play with my kids when they ask me to, so that will be something different. I know that everyone we go visit will be serving food that I can eat, so I am going to take my pureeing device to help out on that. Sweet people, they all called and asked if their menus would be suitable for me. I love them.
Here's a photo of our little farm house all decorated up for Christmas. I love my house, and I love decorating for Christmas.
I was feeling a little weak this morning, so before I left the house I had an Unjury Strawberry Sorbet protein shake. It was disgusting, but I managed to get it down. However, everything went pretty well yesterday with my little pouch, so here's the menu!
B: Nasty Strawberry protein drink that tasted like strawberry beer. Seriously, ick!
S: Mozzarella cheese stick (this was a perfect pick me up yesterday, so I went and bought the supersize bag since my whole family loves them!)
L: Tuna salad, pureed (perfect dinner last night, but I had A LOT left!)
S: Oikos triple zero Vanilla, PB2, a little skim milk to thin
D: Tuna salad, pureed
V: Started with the multi and calcium, iron at lunch, more multi and calcium after dinner
L: Coffee with Miralax (I'm hoping this works), lots of water and at least one glass of iced tea (cause I'm a Texan, y'all!)
E: Weather was mild here this morning, so I briskly walked six miles before the hubby and kids awoke. I love getting out of the house when it's dark and having some quiet time. I always carry my phone in case I encounter the Boogie Man or something, plus it tracks my steps and miles.
