Hope you get some awesome pics for us!!
Good morning Menu Fam!
Daisy: Those are beautiful santas! I can't believe your mom painted them! what a talent! And good for you in being strong and saying away from sweets! I dont know if i will have that kind of restraint when they're sitting in front of me!
QOTD: I cant really remember last christmas!! I do remember going to my parent's house up in DC, and then visiting an aunts for dinner one night, and my cousin's from the other side of the fam. I eat really well, but I don't remember anything too negative about it, because thats the way christmas has always been i guess? However, Being MO makes shopping more of a chore than a fun past time. I shopped a lot online and tried stuff on at home instead. walking for a long time would hurt my back. Standing would hurt my back. My back still kinda hurts now, but things are changing.
Still in work business till the end of monday, so I hope to be back to comment on everyone's photos. If not, i'll do so on the weekend.
Weekend plans? i'm heading up to DC with the little one, visit my family and attend my goddaughter's sweet 16. She is the daughter of my best friend from high school, the closest thing I had to a brother. We lost him recently (august 1) to a very sudden cardiac arrest/Aortic Dissection (caused by a hereditary connective tissue disorder). It was very heartbreaking, so I want to make sure to be there for her.

and on the back pain, I hope you are like me and just wake up one day and its gone. I used to have bad ankle, knee & back/hip/sciatic pain and I don't remember exactly when it all went away or how much weight I had lost but suddenly I was bounding down the stairs to the basement to do laundry and my husband said, "oh since when do you run down the stairs?" I had not even realized it. I used to have to take stairs one at a time like a little old lady the pain was so bad. Keep up the great work!!!
Good Morning! I am working in the office for a few hours this morning and am happy to report that our mostly back in order-so happy and so worth it!
