Did anyone lose over a 100 pounds and gain back 20 or more?
Well, I got depressed for some reason and I just started eating to much of the wrong things. I started back on sweets and especially soda. Soda is a big addiction of mine and it is hard for me to kick even now. I stopped drinking the protein drinks, stopped with the water and starting drinking with my meals. Everything you are not supposed to do I did. I am currently back on my protein drinks and one small high protein low carb meal a day but I can't seem to not slip up daily but I am not giving up. Just follow your doctors orders Jeff and you should be ok. If head hunger is just to much try seeing a psych or something. I wish I could but I have lost my insurance and just can't afford it right now. Good luck to you on your amazing journey! :)
