Thanks for your inspiring words!  I'm less then 2 months out and doing great.  I really have no idea what it is like after hitting your goal.  You have added so much help in looking forward.

I feel so in control now, following all of the rules.  I can't imagine what it's like even a year out or being able to eat more.

What an amazing post.  I am only three months out and that is great advice, all of it.  I struggle with testing my limits.  I struggle with not drinking after a meal.  I struggle with eating dense protein.  Your post is a great reminder of what is at stake for me.  I printed it out and will post it on my refrigerator as a constant reminder of the direction I am headed.

Thank you sincerely, and congratulations... and I am so, so grateful for this forum.  Honestly I think it is the only thing that can help keep me on the path.

Your before and after pics are amazing Em!  I still can't believe the difference. Thanks for starting the menu posts and for checking in every now and then even with your busy life. You have done amazing for sure. Congratulations my dear!
