not sure if anyone remembers the big bang theory episode where sheldon goes off the rails and never finished anything- like singing happy birthday- not finishes- knocks 2twice instead of 3 times, plays that pop goes the weasel toy. hilarious

Wowzers! Hottie alert- you look amazing! No wonder you were getting so many compliments and great choice on the dress.  And!!! Good for you -no sweets since surgery and when you did have one, you were completely mindful about that! Good for you - that's what I'm aspiring for.

That broker looks like a lot of fun. Glad you had a good time.

That whole saying thank you thing isn't easy, right?  It gets better over time and you start to actually feel complimented.  Keep it up!

Good morning Daisy and gang...

QOTD:  I have NO quirks.  LOL.  I used to have a lot of OCD tendencies.  Had a therapist who noticed and suggested that I turn around one jacket in my closet so it was facing the wrong way and see if I could live with it for a week.  a WEEK!  Short answer, no.  no, no, no.  I gradually lost that really OCD tendency to order things in my closet, but still everything is in order by kind of clothes, facing the correct way (to the RIGHT) and then by color.  I am not a clean freak but I need to have things neat always.  Lined up.

B:  Fairlife with coffee, Premier Protein chocolate

L:  Sargento Balanced Break (yay Costco)

D:  Salad with fish

S:  Babybel cheese, Syntrax fuzzy navel

Have a great day... schools are open today and we are no longer snowed in!  Back to a real life!

Mu husband used to order his clothes by type and then color... he lost that impulse after a couple of years of living with me

Good morning and happy Wednesday.  So, I'm still absorbing calories by osmosis.  I have not eaten off plan and I'm up almost another pound.  That makes almost 3 since last Friday.  I'm SOOOOOOO not happy right now and really don't know how to tweak anything.  If I go over 124 tomorrow I'm going to lose my mind.

DQOTD: I do things in even numbers also.  Bring in water from the garage?  4 bottles or 6 bottles, never 5.  If I have a pack of gum I must pull the sticks in order.  If someone asks for a piece and they take from the wrong end or, god forbid, the middle I just give the pack to them.  Those are my biggest, but there are more.

Here's my plan, not that it matters.  If I gain one more pound eating on plan I'm throwing in the towel and having a day of pure gluttony. Screw it.

B: Chicken thigh meat (3.1 oz) and 2 oz garbanzo beans (fiberfest)

L: Meatloaf

D: Shrimp and salad

S: Latte, Roast Beef.

No totals because I haven't added it up, but I'm sure cals will be under 1000 and protein over 70

One of my major OCD tendency is to call someone when I shut my flat iron off. Or when I take my meds in the morning I will do something like turn in a circle to remember I took them.

My son will text me back and ask why he should care about my flat iron. He thinks I am crazy. I am at times.
