i'm curious- what did your brother become when he was older? My youngest is always taking stuff apart- and putting back together. Sometimes successfully, and sometimes not. For the longest time, if there was a blackout, none of the flashlights would work.

He is a chef and opened his own restaurant 10+ years ago.  He added a second one this year.  He turned out okay.  I'm glad I didn't murder him when he murdered Chatty Cathy.

Hello all, Beautiful day here today, the calm after the storm I guess...lol

My most memorable Christmas was probably the year my sister and I got a snowmobile, we grew up very poor and only got 1 or 2 toys as Christmas presents every year and got winter clothes.  But I was around 13 when my Mom decided she was going to give us a snowmobile, the other kids in our little community had them so she got us one, don't know how she did it but she did! We were ecstatic!

You've got this girl. Just keep thinking about the feeling of looking at the scale this morning and you can do it. Yes those treats taste good but when they make us feel bad that we ate them, they really aren't worth it!

YESSSSS! Remember what they used to say in Weigh****chers? "Thin feels better than that cookies tastes." I have a little PTSD whenever I hear that, but honestly, it's a good reminder. Long term success will feel better than whatever this short term reward is... I need to tattoo this on myself in a million places ;)
