Three years ago I had WLS. I am truly glad I did it. Has my life been perfect since surgery. Well of course not. Life is not perfect. It is life.
So many times I would always worry about things that could happen. I ended up paralyzing myself at times with worrying.
Daily I am learning how to deal with things I can not change. I can't change the past but I can change the future.
I saw this and it reminds me of what life can be if we just try.
Perfect thing to read on a Monday morning, thank you!

voice-to-text too! I once sent my husband a voice-to-text message that I was going to pull over somewhere to feed our child (who was only a few weeks old at the time) and it told him I was pulling over to beat our child
