Hi everyone,
QOTD: It's a great struggle for me to not drink after meals. I just hate having little bits of food left in my mouth when I'm finished eating. It wasn't hard for me to not drink before and during meals but not drinking after eating has become my enemy! I'm successful for the most part but I hate it!!
B: 1 egg white with a few veggies and low sodium ham, 3oz V-8 juice
L: 2 oz sirloin steak, 1/4C sautéed peppers, onions and mushrooms
S: isopure with coffee
D: lean beef meatball with 1/4C home made low sugar, low sodium tomato sauce
S: FF chobani yogurt
