What's on Your Sunday Menu, RNYers?
FINALLY!! As of this morning, BMI=normal. I did it!!
I don't know how much snow we got last night - and it's still snowing. Ugh. Unfortunately, my husband has to work today. I'm not even going to bother getting dressed! It's supposed to stop tonight - and then it's headed your way, my East Coast friends!!
QOTD: I'm like Karen - I'm a tightwad and I hate to waste food. Pre-surgery, I ate it. Now, I, too, have become the queen of leftovers!!
18 months out:
B: Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries and 1 T Kashi Crunch granola
S: SF protein mocha latte
L: probably turkey meatballs
D: pork chop with cole slaw made with miso-sesame dressing
probably another Greek yogurt or chai tea latte later...

Congratulations!!
That is an incredible accomplishment and as someone with a similar starting weight I find it especially inspiring and encouraging!! I wish you continued success.
Morning JB. I hope the electricity stops toying with you-- y'all have work to do.
I've been on my run, tidied the kitchen and made breakfast. I splurged and ate one of the Belgian waffles I made for the kids- I can barely stand its sitting so heavy. The kids didn't even eat more than one each-- normally they eat two. I ordered 85% of the Christmas gifts. Still debating coworker gifts-- I realized I have zero desire to bake. And our mail lady lingered awkwardly at the door yesterday- I'll get her a gift card. (She is awesome- treats everyday for the dog and makes sure our packages are secured). Today my son has a piano recital- he's playing the theme music to the Nutcracker. I'm excited to hear as I haven't been to his lesson in a few weeks since I've been taking his brother to bowling.
Qotd: bad habits... hmmm. I always leave my keys in the door-- I joke with my hubby it's so that I'll know where they are. Like you I drink less on weekends, but am still far better then what I did pre-op.
