QOTD:  I have several pet peeves, mostly around stupid people ;). I am very considerate, and people who think of themselves only irritate me.

B:  Fairlife ff milk with coffee, 2 eggs

L:  cottage cheese, baby el cheese, p pperoni chips

D:  red wine beef stew with veggies

S:  greek yogurt

Pic is of my front yard this morning, and my Christmas tree.  I love Christmas, love snow but only when I can stay home.  I was cleared to drive, but maybe not in this ;). We in the northwest are not good at snow, or at least drivng in snow.  I have several days to rest up before heading back to work, thank goodness!

Love your tree.  It is beautiful.  Looks like you got hit with the same storm I did.  Where are you?  I am in Portland.

I've been to Bellingham! I have a friend that teaches at Western.

You could have been again... Bellingham's St. Joseph hospital needed some help learning how to treat a cow the other day...

Western is the big school up here.  Shoots out teachers by the thousands.

I've been to Bellingham as well - a good friend used to live there (he's now in the Seattle suburbs)

Good afternoon Daisy and menu friends, I have missed you all and will make sure that I pencil in time to post. I need this place. I have been doing well with my diet and journaling. I have been so busy at work, a problem vendor that means I am having to micro manage and I do not like doing that , absorbs too much of my time. This afternoon my officemate and I are shutting down our email and phones and we are going to finish decorating our office. I am waiting for notice regarding the job I counter offered on, the next person that needs to sign off has been on vacation and I hope I find out on Monday.

QOTD - It is the holidays and I have complained enough above so will stop there. Any idea what my pet peeve may be? LOL

This weekend we are busy watching Hockey games as my son has a game Tonight and one tomorrow. Dear wife and I are going to an Ugly Sweater party on Saturday night ( will be sure to share a pic) and Monday night  I will be attending the New England patriots vs Baltimore Ravens Game. My oldest son asked for Patriots tickets for Christmas and we surprised him with a pair, someone has to bring him so may as well be me. Will be fun and I hope I am able to stay dry and warm!

Yes, my menu and calories have shrunk. I am feeling good!

Exercise - trying to get in 10,000 steps.
