Frustrated!

you need a chill pill- maybe hide your scale for a couple more weeks= keep your calories/carbs low and recheck again in a week or so- you didn't gain all your weight overnight and it will take time. I was where you are a year ago and SOOO frustrated! It will pass.

I am two weeks and 3 days. I had lost 19 pounds at 10 days then stayed the same for 5 days. In the past 2 days I dropped 5 pounds.

From what i have read we can expect stalls around 3 weeks and then every so often because our body needs to adjust.

Thank you all for the support!! It really means a lot!! Keeping my food choices simple and on plan and staying away from the scale!! I've decided to weigh only on Sundays to close out each week. Hopefully I will have better news then!!!

It has been the exact same for me.  I had my gastric bypass on November 18th so I am 20 days post op today.  At my 10 day follow up appointment, I had lost 23 pounds .  However, since that day, I've lost absolutely nothing.  I feel your pain.  It's so frustrating!
