Holy NSV!
We had a dump of snow overnight. After trudging through the snow for 3km walking the dog, I came home and shovelled the walkway and driveway. Without stopping. And without feeling any strain, or pain, or being out of breath.
And I could literally go outside and do it all over again. That's how much more energy I have.
Im still early days, with a long way to go, but I'm just amazed at what I'm already able to do.
Thanks guys, it gets said a lot, but a big part of what I've been able to accomplish so far is due to the people and advice on this board!

Lol, I think we live in the same area. I walk 2km to work and on day 4 of Optifast, the snow was exhausting.
I am so looking forward to being where you are at.
