Morning everyone! Happy Monday
Thanks for the cold weather, all of you snow lovers! It was 31 this morning, and it's only getting colder this week. We're expecting Wednesday to NOT EVEN GET ABOVE FREEZING! Years past, I hated winter... but I gotta tell ya, I'm really not looking forward to it this year! I'm already freezing most of the time, and everyone around me complains that they're hot (OK, so the family unit does anyway). I pointed out a 10 pack of handwarmers to Hubby this weekend, and I was serious! That would be a great Christmas gift!
QOTD: Since the Oil and Gas industry has been tanking, our Christmas parties here have scaled back to more of a happy hour-ish gathering in the lobby/cafe in our building. They'll have finger foods, wine and beer. I think it lasts 2-3 hours. I'll check in, and then check out promptly. My Real Estate Company is having their party on Saturday. It'll be at a swank 'cool' in-town place, and the bar will be flowing freely, along with (I imagine) pretty artsy awesome foods as well. The Broker will have a TON of drawings for both funny and great prizes. Even though my good friend/mentor just left our agency, I'm still looking forward to going. They are a fun group of people, that's for sure!
We also have a Boxer Rescue Christmas party on Friday... I'm going to need a dress to wear to both of those parties! (I think I'll wear the same one, is that a fashion issue? Because the only one that will know will be Hubby, right? Except on Facebook - so then I guess the entire world will know. Hahaha) One dress... Two Dresses??? Help a girl out here! This just crossed my mind, so now I'm thinking WWYD?
Weight 168.2 (I'm not moving again... sigh)
B: 2.5 ounces of steak
L: 3 ounces of chicken and fried (cauliflower) rice, mostly chicken
D: Haven't a clue, and I just realized I don't have a clue. Perhaps whatever is frozen in the freezer, cooked in the Instant Pot!
S: Decaf coffee with coconut creamer (I've ditched the half and half, too many calories... this is only 15 compared to 40 in the half and half), maybe an atkins bar because for day's now I've been craving chocolate. Or maybe nothing else so I can get the scale to cooperate again!
Height 5'5" HW 260 SW 251 CW 141.6 (2/27/18)
RNY 5-16-16 Pre-Op 9lbs, M1-18.5lbs, M2-18.1lbs, M3-14.8lbs, M4-10.4lbs, M5-9.2lbs, M6-7lbs, M7-6.2lbs, M8-8.8lbs,M9-7.8lbs, M10-1 lb, M11-.6lbs, M12-4.4lbs
2 dresses is more fun thAn one dress! But I'd probably go with one, and use different accessories and maybe hairdo to change them up!
I'd be fine wearing the same dress to both. Facebook is full of crappy memes and recipes now, no one will notice hahaha
