Food obsession
Food is not the enemy. If you want a better relationship with food, perhaps find better food to be in a relationship with? You know, it is like a toxic relationship with the wrong man. Doesn't mean all relationships are bad. Just find a better man ;)
Egg Face's blog looks good. I breathe I'm hungry blog is good too (though keto not bariatric) You CAN eat fun healthy foods in moderation. You just can't eat the same as you did before.
Eat healthy, take up new hobbies (being dependent in any relationship outside of a child isn't good)

Frankly, I am still stunned that 2 tbsp. of cottage fill me up, a half of a scrambled egg, 1 oz of whatever... Mind boggling. Cannot wrap my head around it. I'm two weeks out now and have not had these feelings quite yet, but I see them coming. Not being able to eat a big salad bothers me. I was also worried that I would not be satisfied if my portions weren't visibly pleasing as has been the case my whole life. I see my boyfriend eat things I love and I don't want it, but I fear missing the pleasure of eating/grief is going to happen soon.
