2 year surgeversary and Patch MD update!!!

Yesterday was 2 years since gastric bypass surgery.  I also had my 2 yr appt at Stanford.  Other than them warning me about my 5lb gain they said that my labs were excellent.  I have been using the patch about a year now so pleased they are working.

Good for you!  I am almost at my 2-year anniversary too.  I also have had a 3-5 lb gain in the past 2 months.  Time for us to start working on losing that 5 pounds, I guess, before it becomes 10.  We are heading into maintenance now.

I love how happy you look in your picture. And now is the time to buckle down on that five pounds. It only gets easier and easier to eat and easier to revisit bad habits the farther out you are. I'm over 4 years out and have kept all my weight off but it is definitely a daily struggle. We can all do it though!

Patch MD are patches that you wear for your vitamin needs.  

Can you give more info? Which ones do you use and where can I buy? I am a horrible pill taker since surgery, have slacked considerably on this and I'm feeling the affects lately with my iron being so low...

Another silly questions... Do you recommend a particular patch or patches to cover everything we need after surgery? I need something to cover the flinstone vitamins and calcium carbonate I need to take daily.

I just use the multi but some might need the calcium patch too.
