I picked up some unflavored protein powder from Unjury, but I haven't tried it yet.  I think I read somewhere that you have to watch the temperature to make sure it doesn't go over 140 degrees, is that right?

yes - a higher temp won't change it's flavor or effectiveness, but it makes it clump up.

Very odd company name. Is it American?

I am Canadian and want to avoid buying anything online.

The American $$$ is stronger then our Canadian $$$.

It would cost me $1.40 C to purchase $1.00 American dollar. Add delivery & duty.

Not a great option for me.

yes - it's a US company - not sure exactly where they're based, though.  And their products are only available online (via their Web site) as far as I know

I've done the same.  I love asparagus soup and celeriac soup (I make them myself) - I just add a half scoop of unflavored protein to my cup of soup.
