first of all, thanks to the person who mentioned mixing SF/FF Jello pudding with plain homemade Greek yogurt (one box of pudding to 2 C of yogurt). Made pistachio last night. Wonderful dessert, and full of protein!! While I was getting my pistachio pudding at the store, I also noticed Moon Drop grapes, which someone mentioned on here yesterday. Bought those, too! I love this board!!

QOTD: I used to send out tons of Christmas cards, but I don't anymore because of Facebook. I send out maybe 10 or 15 now - to older relatives and people who aren't on FB, mainly. In fact, I may do those tomorrow...(I'm working on Sunday)

heading down to Chicago this morning to meet up with NYMOM222! (does she qualify for some kind of award for having the most in-person meet-ups with other OH members???)

18 months out:

B: Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries

S: coffee with half & half, iced protein/mocha/Miralax latte

L: we're going to a Bulgarian place - maybe kabobs??

D: probably a protein bar (will be driving back from Chicago)
