Side note... unsolicited insight share...
"Food equals love" is probably where my source for wanting them all to love the meals comes from and is likely as not a very unhealthy thing to pass on. Uhg. Must think on this more.

I LOVE meat with bones! What is wrong with them!!!???
But, I also hate lasagna, soup (or any hot liquid) and all veggies, canned or not.

Morning Menu Family
QOTD: I start off on my right side, chatting with my hubby, and generally getting relaxed. When it's time to close my eyes, I say goodnight and flip to my left side. I know sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I'm on my back, but tend to usually wake up on my left side facing the phone with the alarm on it. Snooze... I hit snooze once or twice. Generally that's all I CAN do because by then the dogs have been woken up. I rarely even get to the second snooze if the Boxer girls are home. I've always been the oversized t-shirt kind of gal as far as going to bed... but here lately it's been either a long sleeved flannel shirt, flannel pajama top, or full on flannel pajamas with pants! I'm COLD! Heating pad at the foot of the bed (with my feet entangled around it until at least I fall asleep) is a MUST these days! I really want a heated mattress pad with individual settings for each side... I think this is a necessity at this point! LOL Oh, and if I don't sleep in pants, they are strategically placed by the side of my bed, along with my slippers, so when I get up, I can get those on Stat!
We ALL need to promise not to post a picture and start off with "I love this one... BUT"... Because I keep looking at pictures I like of myself and doing that in my head as I try to pick what to post tomorrow. No. Just love it. Own it. And help me do the same! LOL

B: 2.5 ounces of steak (yum!)
S: 2C of decaf with half and half and sweet and low (out of flavored syrup at work right now)
L: 2.5 ounces of steak (another Yum, please!)
D: leftovers... maybe more fajita meat from last night! (Just keep it a full on BEEF kind of day! LOL)
S: 1C of decaf with half and half and SF syrup
I think I need to get some flavored decaf teas... I'm drinking so much more coffee because it helps to keep me warm. I've opted out of ice on my big glasses of water lately too thinking that might help keep me warmer... I think at lunch today I'll run to the store and get some tea bags!

I'm alive, y'all! Happy December 1st! After a small mishap on Tuesday afternoon, I was re-admitted into the hospital for another night. I feel great today, and I am back at work, sitting at my desk, sipping away!
QOTD: I don't know...I just sleep. I like to sleep in my bed, naked, but here lately, I've been in a gown and a housecoat in my recliner. I can usually function on very little sleep, and I set an alarm just in case, but most mornings, I wake before 5:30.
Time since surgery: 3 days
B: SF lemon Jell-O
L: Unjury chicken broth protein powder
D: Beef broth with protein powder
S: SF lemon Jell-O if needed
V: doing my best...they're chewable and I'm not a huge fan yet
L: I've got 30 oz down...I started at 5:30 on this with room temp water and have had about 10 oz of hot tea with artificial sweetener.
E: Been walking as much as I can
