Hi missed yall yesterday- sick day yesterday-have been feeling icky on my right side and trying to figure out culprit... pretty sure it is the calcium vit causing pain about an hour after I take them, even with food. Put in a call to dr to see what they say

the yogurt was a success! i now have 12 servings of amazing yogurt to eat, ok 9 left now. it is greek, not bitter, and a pile of whey that the puppies and I can eat too. yumm been mixing SF peanut butter torani, powdered pb in mine.

Am 1 pound from my end of Nov goal and considering I ate carbs for thanksgiving and bites of pie I'm not being too hard on myself

QOTD- I sleep on either side but mostly on left side. I tend to roll like a log sometimes. if im wearing cpap i sleep better and longer. i need a power strip though on my side because i have phone charger, heated throw and cpap and only 2 outlets. real world problems!
