Almost all my foods are off limits to everyone but me!  I find it easier to stay on course if I can count on certain foods being available.  Some of it is regular stuff (cottage cheese, eggbeaters), but then there are my protein bars and my protein chips.  Everyone knows better then to touch Mom's food.

B: traveling, so 2 light cheese sticks

L: tuna, cottage cheese, dill,pickles

S: protein chips, Swiss miss light hot chocolate, something later (?)

D: turkey chili

Love that you have "Mom" food that is off limits, sometimes you just have to do that and I agree I find it easier to stay on course if I know what I am eating and that its in the fridge/cupboard.

I love pickles, I sometimes eat them right out of the jar, weird I know but I love them!

YAY on ordering the protein hot chocolate I love it, and sometimes I add in a touch of milk, like just a splash and it makes it extra creamy!  You do have to stir it well but I hope you like it as much as I do. I love it in the evenings an hour or so before bed, it warms me up and helps satisfy my sweet tooth!

Yay for all the food being your own! Awesome!

Lunch & dinner sound awesome!  Great menu and great numbers, keep up the great work!  Stay warm my friend!
