Hi Ginny,
I buy my Protein Hot Chocolate from "Nashua Nutrition," a US company. They have the best tasting protein Hot Chocolate and its so yummy! The specific brand I get from Nashua is "Health Smart". It has great stats and tastes exactly like the "real" thing.
They have all flavours, and I have tried many but I stick to plain or marshmallow. Link to their site is below. On the left hand side under "brands" click "health smart" and scroll down almost to the bottom for the hot chocolates.
80 calories, 15 grams of protein, 3 carbs
I have bought a few things from them and I love this site, they ship fast and I have had no problems with them at all!

That is great your wife is eating health too! Sure makes Menu prep and cooking easy if you both eat the same thing!
Today is oddly warm, because i think a storm is coming in. its in the 60's right now and will warm up to the mid 70s this afternoon. But the sun is not out, as its cloudy dreery and smells like rain.
QOTD: My little boy likes to try to drink my protein shakes because they look and taste like flavored/sweetened milk. "I want mommy's chocolate miwk" he says. I can't imagine they'd be good for him so i try my best to keep him away, or make him a bottle of his own milk. He's also a big fan of Beebeebew cheese (babybell). Its so cute. I buy twice as many so he can have some as well.

I love that your little guy like premier and babybel! I think a dip here & there on the Premier is fine, as long as he is not drinking a ton. And babybel are great for kids!! I look at it this way, back when I was a kid parents gave their kids Kool Aid and they turned out fine (it was not allowed in my house) so a sip I think is fine!
Great Menu! Dinner looks yummy! Enjoy your boot camp! Good for you for getting out and exercising!!! Proud of you!!!
It's a little rainy and foggy here but definitely not cold. In the high 70's today. Last Saturday it was cold (low 42) and I thought I was going to die LOL.
QOTD: Everybody eats everything of mine. My husband thinks I'm a ***** about it but I tell them it's not fair. They can have anything!! They eat all my SF popcicles and the other day my husband was telling one of my boys to drink my protein shakes for extra protein. Ugh, come on!!! Back off!
B - protein shake

Ok Rachel I LOL'd at "42 degrees and I want to die", silly Texans!! You don't know cold! Come visit me up North here in Canada, I will show you cold!!! Hubby's Uncle who lives in Texas is already complaining about how cold it is there, I just laugh! Lol lol
Right!!! Not fair the family eats your stuff!! Like come on people the amount of food and types of food we can't eat and you gotta dip into my stash, no way! I feel your pain girl!
Awww I am sorry you have hit the dreaded "hair falling out stage" does it help if I tell you it does stop and grow back? Trust me I was super upset too, vent away if you need to!!
I truly am a baby when it comes to cold and I wish I wasn't. My husband was stationed in Alaska so he wants to take the family there and visit old friends and show us how amazing it is. Northern Lights are on my bucket list! I wish there was a way to condition myself to the cold somehow. Every year I want to go hunting but I know I will freeze to death hahaha.
I lost a bunch of weight about 10 years ago and I lost hair. It wasn't super bad so I'm hoping this won't be bad as well. Fingers crossed!!!
