What's on your Menu today (Monday) RNYers?
Hello! I'm doing well, thanks! I'm not sure what brand my dressing is - actually it was a sauce by the marinades. I added water to it to make it thinner and less calories. It still had that great thai peanut flavor!
Egg bites are the best! Just grab and go! I have them a lot! This morning though I had leftover chicken gyro from dinner last night. I'll pretty much eat anything for breakfast as long as it is quick!
Have a great day!
Hello Everyone,
Had a great weekend, dinner at my sisters house Thursday with the family. Then we went to Foxwoods Casino for the weekend 8 of us total for my sister's 50th birthday. Had a great time, we saw the show Legends, if you ever get the chance to see this show, it was amazing. I was bad, I had wine, and birthday cake and brunch. I got on the scale this morning and gained 1.8 lbs :(
But today is a new day, and I'm going to be good again.
QOTD
I like popcorn, but I have diverticulitis so I can't eat it.

what a great idea for a 50th birthday a casino! did anyone win anything? My parents have seen Legends and also raved about it!
Sorry about the 1.8 lbs but I am sure you will drop it off if you get back on plan! Sorry to hear about not being able to eat popcorn, that kind of sucks!
Do you eat your pistachios already out of the shell? I hate cracking them open, I always get blisters on my hands trying to get those suckers out of the shell! ha ha ha
Hi Everyone,
I was out of town for the weekend and enjoyed it very much, however, I found out that Turkey and I are not friends. I was very uncomfortable most of thanksgiving... oh well. I survived.
QOTD: I love popcorn with lots of butter. I used to eat it almost every night... Haven't had any since surgery and I won't for quite a while.

Great menu and great numbers keep up the great work Conazza!
Hi folks- first chance I've had to post today- the price I pay for being off work! II'm a serious sweets lover too. I don't limit my kids offerings due to my weaknesses-- nothing keeps you honest more than a kid asking "who finished my pop tarts?"
qotd: popcorn ehhh. Don't love it- can easily live without it. So I don't feel guilty when I do eat it. I've never even had any of those specialty types, caramel etc, cause I don't care for it much.
