Good morning! Sounds like you had a great day yesterday! We mostly ran errands and other than church today we will most likely spend the rest of the day relaxing and enjoying the rainy weather.

Good morning everyone! I am still lounging in bed watching a movie before I start my day. It is Christmas tree day. I'm going with a friend to get a tree, and I need to get wreaths and garlands for the front of the house. I'm having a crew come tomorrow to put up the outdoor lights, so I need to get everything ready for that.
Yesterday I grazed all day. I was at friends' house watching my beloved Oregon Ducks get pounded (wah!), and was self medicating with snacks. My overall calories weren't bad, but jeesh! No good. I am up 2 pounds of water weight this morning.
QOTD: i haven't thought of my scars in awhile. I had to go into the bathroom to look, and I can't find them. They are gone!
I need to pull out some stuff from the freezer, so my menu is up in the air. I had my Egg Beaters, mozzarella and bacon omelette for breakfast. I've got shrimp and chicken, so will get that cooked up for the week.

QOTD: My incision are still healing. I have a few that are all healed with new skin and are nice and pink. Once the other ones are done then I can finally go to the pool at the gym and start swimming laps. Yaaay! Can't wait! I have always loved swimming.
How many incisions did you have? I have 8.
B: 1 1/2 eggs, 1.5 oz keilbasa
L: 2 oz lean rare roast beef.
D: 2.5 oz chicken breast w/L&T and lite ranch
S: fat free chobani
Didn't have a chance to get my totals yet....somewhere around 550 & 600 cals, protein around 60. Need to boost the protein.

QOTD. My scars are all but disappeared, for a long time now. If I look hard, I can find one. So, I can wear tube tops without fear.
