The food parade is coming to a close tonight
I did well all day, protein pancakes and protein french toast for guests, then grilled chicken patty, then decaf coffee, then turkey, desssing with gravy, caulitaters, 1/2 devil egg with salmon inside. will have sweet potato for a snack with yogurt tonight- will try not to eat a bite or two of apple or sweet pot pecan pie.
gave a TON of leftovers to our guests and neighbor today. they were happy to get it.

1) we went to 2 thrift stores, the first one had a SALE for $1 clothing! I found an amazing suede skirt for $1. it is vintage and long and tan. it is going to be amazing with boots. got a few other goodies including two other skirts that were brand new from a boutique for $7.

Good morning! Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving and Black Friday! Ours was nice! We hosted out first Thanksgiving together which was great :) We have a LOT of food left over, though! Yesterday I woke up and had a 1/2 Turkey sandwich with mayo, stuffing and cranberry slathered all over it. So freaking delicious! I want to eat 27 more of them today!! ...I will try to limit it to just one. We also have lots of desserts left over including one called a "chocolate truffle bomb" apple pie and a zillion cookies. God help us all...
QOTD1: Did you get any good Black Friday deals? The only place I went was Lowes, where I bought a new stove and hood for the condo that I am renting, but I didn't get any deals...
QOTD2: Team Dean, Team Jess or Team Logan? NO SPOILERS but whether you watched the Gilmore Girls reboot or not, you must have an opinion! Did you watch? Did you love it? I loooooved every second. And for the record--I'm Team Jess. All the way.
