S: babybel cheese, calcium chew x2 sf jello salad
Turkey sandwich day is my favorite part of tgiving. Yesterday I opted for a half piece of bread and had my turkey, cranberry sauce and stuffing on it. Could not finish the bread, and then about 6 hours later had terrible cramps that continued all night. Oh and I also tasted my sister's apple pie. Small taste but there it is.
Apple pie did me in my first Thanksgiving after surgery. Three tiny bites and 15 minutes later I was hating life. I wasn't home and just had to ride the wave. It. Was. Awful. I did not full on dump, but even a semi-dump was bad enough. I've never had another bite of apple pie since and won't ever again.

QOTD1: no deals - haven't done any shopping at all!
QOTD2: I'm so TV-clueless that I thought for the longest time you were talking about the Golden Girls! I was trying to figure out who Jess, etc were! Needless to say, I've never seen the Gilmore Girls. I noticed it on NetFlix, though. I'll have to give it a shot...
I still haven't eaten my dessert from Thanksgiving dinner because I'm trying really hard to stay around 1000 kcal through the end of the weekend to make up for Thanksgiving. I want to eat the dang thing, but I just can't fit it in calorie-wise yet. I hope my husband doesn't end up eating it! I'll kill him!! (just kidding...)
17 months out:
B: L&F coconut vanilla yogurt topped with fresh raspberries and 1 T Kashi Crunch granola
S: coffee with half & half, iced protein pumpkin latte
L: probably leftover turkey (with 1 T gravy) or tuna with balsamic
D: turkey, 2 T stuffing, 2 T sweet potato casserole (why are these last two so dang fattening????)
probably another Greek yogurt later - or if I can afford the calories (I doubt it...), my dessert from Thursday
exercise: water aerobics this morning. May go to a yoga class this afternoon because I am really stressed out for some reason. It helps...
QOTD1: Spent way too much on home improvement stuff at Lowe's...no deals there except some LED light bulbs for $.89.
My big deal o' the day was grabbing the 6qt 7in1 Instant Pot for $68! WooHoo!
QOTD2: I never watched Gilmore Girls, but since we have to choose...lol...I'll go with Team Jess?

B: Coffee+usual Splenda and cream
L: Turkey and a little bit dressing.
D: Bucking the turkey for spaghetti sauce topped with mozzarella cheese.
No snack today

Good afternoon! Hope everyone is having a great day. We've just been out running errands so nothing too exciting.
QOTD: I bought a few bras at Victoria's Secret since sports bras were 1/2 off.
QOTD2: gasp I have never seen Gilmore Girls.....now it seems I've been missing out!
Menu: B: Latte, 1 1/2 boiled eggs and some cheese cubes L: turkey, carrots, and more cheese S: latte, yogurt and pork rinds D: probably 1/2 albacore tuna melt

B: 2 egg whites, 1 slice of bacon, small piece of Canadian bacon
L: 2 oz boars head chicken
D: 2.5 oz chicken, 1 cup broth based soup 1/2 HR after protein
Crazy day, haven't had time to MFP yet for totals.
