RNY to DS revision...
You can literally count the number of surgeons with experience doing RNY to DS revisions on one hand. It is a rare and extremely risky surgery. Don't have anyone do it unless they have serious experience.
Check on the DS board. They have the names of the few people you might consider. But this is not something you should consider except as a very last resort.
6'3" tall, male.
Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.
M1 -24; M2 -21; M3 -19; M4 -21; M5 -13; M6 -21; M7 -10; M8 -16; M9 -10; M10 -8; M11 -6; M12 -5.
Do you know if you had a distal or proximal RNY procedure? From reading here, it sounds like proximal is more common. It also sounds like the distal is closely related to the DS. You might want to google all this and/or find out what you had. I did and found out I had the distal RNY which prompted me to go to the DS forum and learn a thing or two there. Good Luck, Toya.
