We have a couple of clear cones, and one soft cone that kind of lies flat. Those make all the difference as far as cones go. Of course, you do need to toughen up, momma! Hopefully she'll heal with no more trips to the vet

Hello, all! Been a few days, but here I am. It's been a crazy week so far, and it's only Tuesday. I'm hoping that things get better by tomorrow, and I can ease into the holiday and spend some time with my family while I'm still fat.
I am proud to announce that without going through the RNY, I actually got myself out of the "morbidly obese" category, I can run a mile and a half without stopping, and I have dipped under the 250 mark! There's one more goal to check off of my list. My clothes are falling off, and I am taking in so many items of clothes that my sewing machine has been permanently fixed on my dining room table so I can take stuff in each morning, depending on what I am wanting to wear. A trip to Goodwill is in my near future.
QOTD: I have an iPhone 6S Plus. I love it. It's huge and I can watch videos and play games without squinting. I am, however, not addicted to my phone. I rarely play games or surf Facebook, but I do listen to a lot of music.

I buy the microwave pork rinds. I like both the regular and spicy. They're like microwave popcorn, but oh so much better. They come out still crackling and they're wonderful.

QOTD: I have a Samsung Galaxy S6. I use it a lot, but I wouldn't say I was addicted to it. It gets more use during baseball season because of all the score checking, trade rumors, and whatnot.

good afternoon Daisy and Menu friends. I have not disappeared. Work and life have been getting in the way of my posting schedule. My sons car died two weekends ago. I had purchased the car and was starting to nickel and dime us to death, he is 21 now and I told him it is time for him to make the next step and purchase a vehicle and get on his own insurance. he did it and I am happy for him. I will continue to help him while I am able too.
Sorry to hear about Amy, but glad you caught it early. I can relate as our dog is a member of our family. I snuggle with that baby every ngiht and morning. Good thoughts and vibes your way.
So - I have been a fraud lately. My daily menu is good, my nightly snacking is awful. I am going to nip it in the bud. 5 lb gain over 3 weeks. Not terrible, but not great.
QOTD - I have an Iphone 6S- 3rd phone I have had since July. Crazy! I have an otterbox case and I added a zagg screen protector this time.

QOTD: I have an iPhone 6 with an otter box to protect it to. My favorite part it they will send you a free on if the otter box cracks or breaks. I'm hard on my phone so I've gotten two new ones free of charge. I don't really use it when I'm with other people but I use it way too much in my free time.

Today has been a weird day. We are in a break this week for thanksgiving. I have been working my rear end off finishing unpacking (I did finish!), my college child arrives home this evening and I'm trying to clean...and I was on the road for therapies/grocer any shopping.
I had coffee, and then babybell cheeses on the road. We picked up lunch and I had a six piece nugget. More coffee. Dinner--my husband is gone getting our oldest so I kept dinner easy...frozen meatloaf, Mac and cheese, our very own canned applesauce I phomade for the first time this year. I just had some meatloaf and a couple bites of the applesauce. I might hve a Greek yogurt later.
Phone--total addict. I hate that. My dh is too. We keep saying we are going to work on that because I don't like the example for the kids.
