I don't know how tall you are but I am 5'11" tall and would never have set 230 as a 'goal'.... Keep on going....Like you said, shake that number out of your head. They pick a high number so they can say they have lots of successful patients....

I currently have the Samsung Galexy S4 . It's a good phone , the real issue I have is how fast the battery drains . I originally wanted to get a iPhone but the cost was so great compared to the free upgrade to the S4 . My contract is up in February and if I can swing it I'd like to get the iPhone this time . Oh and Daisy great point made about the otter box . My grandkids are always on my phone and its been dropped a gazillion times .

Hi Daisy, I am sorry to hear about the cancerous tumor, but glad that for now Amy is well and they caught it all very early. I pray that this is the last you'll have to deal with that and it does not come back.
QOTD: I'm totally addicted to my phone, but more the connections the phone gives me, rather than the phone itself. I have an AppleWatch where i monitor my steps/calories burned for the day, facebook, MFP, and OH. I'm also applying to new jobs left and right so I check my phone periodically for missed calls and emails. So it's because of these things that I'm addicted.
I'm officially in ONEderland! If i have time today or tomorrow i will post separately about that, including my progress through my journey. It has definitely not been easy and it will continue to be tough but I'm in a much better place today at 12 weeks out than i was when I first joined OH at about 4 weeks out. All of you have a lot to do with that, so thank you Menu family! Edit: My phone is an iPhone 6s.
I ran out of isopure which gives you so much protein with such little calories and i'm working with what i've got at home so my cals are up today (and my carbs i think due to the yogurt).

I've got a pretty evenly busy day today. I've actually already spent too much time on the computer, so I think I'm procrastinating about going to work in the studio today. I hope to complete another small painting (part of a series), work some on a larger painting that is going to take some serious concentration over several days/weeks; and maybe get in a little weaving. I'm working on an A****er Bronson Lace shelf topper.
B: decaf coffee with half-n-half and Stevia followed 30 minutes later with a hard boiled egg. I ate late, so will skip a morning snack today
L: A deli meat turkey roll-up with a cheese stick, a small romaine lettuce salad with Ranch Dressing.
S: Premier Protein Shake (Vanilla)
D: Baked chicken thigh (2 ounces of the meat), sautéed green beans, Small baked sweet potato if I have room
