Good morning! Daisy, I'm glad that Amy is okay and getting back to normal.

QOTD: I have an Iphone 6. I love it. I use it way more than I should and do have it in my hand a lot. I recently was gifted by DH with an apple watch, and that takes the addiction to the whole next level. I can see my texts and updates right on my watch which is convenient while in a meeting, etc.

My fitbit Alta will let me know that I have a text or a call, and who it's from.  The apple Watch is way cooler though- but yes, I'm sure that would take me to a whole new level of addiction.  I'm thinking of getting the 6S or 6S plus for the upgrade.

So glad Amy is okay Daisy! I have a 5S as well.  I've had mine for 2 years and I've also been accused of being addicted.  I'm due for an upgrade, but in order to upgrade we have to change our plan, so I'm debating whether or not I should. We have our home phone (yup still have a land line!), internet, cable and 4 phone lines with them and I really, really don't want to pay them any more money than I already do. My husband and son have LG G3s and they aren't great phones, so maybe I will just wait until they're due for an upgrade.

I'm totally disorganized again.  Probably the small breakfast from the cafeteria (2 strips of bacon, 1 egg - they usually offer some kind of veg as well, so will have that instead of toast or potatoes). No idea about lunch, and we are havnig pork chops for supper.

I have a question about vitamins. I guess it wouldn't hurt to start taking them now? Or is it just a waste of money?  I am taking vitamin D because apparently I'm deficient.

I would keep up with the Vitamin D, and maybe even increase it. I'm not sure if it's important to start taking all of your vitamins now though, my doc actually had me wait until like week 2 to start some of my vitamins, then other's came in later... and darned if I can even remember now how that worked, and it's only been 6 months! Hahaha!

It is best to consult you doctor.  If you are not vitamin deficient, taking water soluable vitamins won't hurt you. You will just pee out what you don't need. There may be some benefit to "practicing" the vitamin routine.  More care needs to be taken with fat soluable vitamins, such as D.  Excess amounts stay in the body and can become toxic.  Always consult a doctor before you start supplementing with those.

I started taking Vitamin D pre-op because I was deficient.  My nutritionist also suggested I start taking a daily multi-vitamin to get into the habit - but that's all I took pre-op.

Oh no, how scary! But I am so relieved they got it, and I pray you are done with bad news for awhile... Time to focus on an impending trip to Target (oh, and to see your two favorite Americans...)!

Ok, I loved my day off yesterday. It was just what the doctor ordered. We were busy doing errands and I made a small dent in the unpacking saga, but most importantly, I was relaxed enough to sleep like a champion. Fitbit says I slept for 9 hours and 10 minutes last night! Daaaamn!

Today should be a pretty easy work day. Hoping to get home early and keep at the unpacking. We are hosting Thanksgiving and it would be nice if the guests didn't have to leapfrog over my boxes of crap to get to the dining room ;)

QOTD: I have two identical iPhone 6S phones (one for home and one for work). And I could go into a 12 step addiction treatment program for my reliance on them. I go back and forth every few minutes to check personal email, work email, FB, texts, weather Pinterest, news, MFP & Fitbit, Quora... it's constant. It's my everything--I use it for all that information & communication stuff, but I also use it as a GPS; to listen to books, podcasts and music; do my banking; buy my coffee & gas; play games and crossword puzzles....... I would be lost without it for more than a few hours. Good for you for trying to put it down. I am not sure how I'd do...

B: Pumpkin Spice coffee from Dunks (200 calorie splurge)

S: Sargento Balanced Breaks (nuts and cheese)

L: Greek yogurt

S: Zone Perfect Mint Choc Protein Bar

D: Chicken Quesadilla

Hope you all have a great day!
