Found my first intolerance
I followed all the rules. Try new things at home. Chew ALOT. Take it slooooooow.
And I am really thankful for all the repetitions on this website about the importance of these. If I hadn't, my experience probably would have been much, much worse lol.
Anyway, seems tuna and I don't mix right now :( Luckily it was only 30 minutes of awful can't-keep-your-tongue-in-your-mouth nausea, maybe 10 minutes of over salivating till I finally threw it up, after literally only having taken one bite, lol!
I showered, let my stomach calm, and am now enjoying and Light and Fit. It's my first one and its DELICIOUS!!!

Stay tuned!
Yeah tuna is still pretty mch off limits for me. The smell makes me gag. Sad, because I as really a fan before.
It is very random... I couldn't tolerate tuna for 6 months...felt like I had a hairball in my throat that needed to be hacked up.... now no problem... yet I never had a problem eating chicken salad, and used to buy those little 4oz cups they sell at Costco as an easy convenience food early on....

Well no tuna for my lunch today...Hahaha.
I will forever associate tuna with hack up hair balls

LOL yes a hairball. Although the smell usually stops me before I get to the hairball stage. I keep seeing DD2's post about tuna with balsamic, and then I get hopeful and try it again, with poor outcomes every time.
