Good morning menu Peeps! My plans for this weekend are to finish getting ready to leave Sunday after church for 2 weeks. We are headed south to see the youngest after several stops on the way there. Monday we are going to Mammoth cave and I can't wait. Before we come home we are going to the coast so I get to see and stick my feet in the ocean. It's pretty sad that I'm 57 and have never been in a cave or seen an ocean. I'm making up for lost time now though! We will have WiFi sometimes so I'll check in when I can. QOTD I would like to be a horse I think. They are so strong,beautiful and graceful. Post op 4 years 23/4 months and weight at 116.6 today. Lily and I have our three plus miles in already for the day. Here's the eats B 1/2 c steel cut oats with protein and peanut butter added L 1/2 c chicken salad 1/2 c green beans D 31/2 oz ribeye 1/2 c green beans S mission one chocolate brownie protein bar . I've got two pictures to share--one from yesterday and one of the outfit I wore last Saturday to the cowboy shoot. Have a great day everyone and make some amazing choices!

I love the jeans and sweater outfit on you... really looks nice and fits you well... Even though the sweater has a print I always think the monochromatic look is a good one Blue and Blue. ....

I wore blue Thursday in honor of Children's Grief Awareness day for our last pastors children who lost an older brother due to a freak accident when they were both younger. Both were there and the daughter was holding his head in her lap when he died. It has definitely changed them both forever.
