Interesting discrepancy between Atkins and FitBit food logging?
I found that Fitbit does not track sugar unless you pay for the premium option. So I have continued to track using Atkins also. I find the two have some big difference between carbs and cals, even when I make sure I select the exact same foods and amounts... Hmmmmmmmm

Years ago..... My go to has been lose it and when I had some regain I turned to atkins plan. Low carb, high protein. My fitbit I had just would not sync so I returned it. When I got my new one of course you start tracking using it to sync with your moving. For some reason I kept tracking using Atkins and noticed the carbs and cals were very different. LOL I guess it's like anything else. Find what you like and stick with you.

There is an add on you can put on my fitness pal so it shows net carbs. I follow this woman on FB --Lynne the low carb traveller. She turned me on to it.
