Is pudding and yogurt a liquid or solid (which do you eat/drink it with)?

I would call them a "full liquid". ( They were allowed starting at that phase in my progression. ) They're slider foods; once you are on your life-time eating plan, they won't really do you much good from a "feeling full" perspective. ( but especially Greek yogurt from Dannon Light and Fit and Oikos Triple Zero ) are a decent choice. ) That being said, I'll have  Greek yogurt with some protein powder mixed in for breakfast a couple of times a week, or sometimes as my afternoon snack. The protein powder thickens it up just enough to satisfy me and it gives my protein stats a boost.

My concern is do I take them with liquid or solid since they're suppose to be 30 minutes apart?

You'll get a range of answers. But the best answer I've seen is, if you can eat it through a straw, it's liquid. If it won't go through a straw, it's a solid, and you shouldn't drink with it.
