Finally felt the pain of not following the rules...
Oh I hate that so much! Luckily mine all happened at home. My biggest mistake so far though was accidentally buying and eating a regular Chobani instead of the 100 calorie ones. Thank goodness I was at home but I spent the morning in tears in the bathroom with dumping syndrome while on mute on conference calls.
I definitely know I had surgery too! A couple weeks ago I ate a meal that I have eaten many times, the same amount, chewing very well and taking my time (or so I thought!) but it just didn't sit right and oooh boy did it hurt! About an hour later I finally had to pull off the side of the road and up it came. You get whole new respect for following the rules!

at least you were able to throw up. twice now, both because I was eating too fast, too much, I had terrible nausea but only viokent and horrible sounding dry heaves. throwing up would have been preferable. I'm learning to always carry a snack or something with me so I don't let myself get so hungry that i feel a need to gobble something down too quickly!

Hello Everyone!!
My RNY was done by Dr. Amir Moazzez on 10/25/16. Although I've been lurking on OH long before that date. This week, the EXACT same thing happened to me and I was petrified. It was the worse feeling I've EVER experienced. Made me a bit afraid to eat. Smh. I'm so frustrated right now. I'm hungry and Everything is frustrating. Ugh!
BTW, I'll be sure to include my stats soon! Still gettin used to posting.
