I have copied your post and added to my to do list.
YOU Look amazing. I am right now weigh 280lbs height 5:09 FT and BMI of 41.6 looking to do the sleeve surgery may be mid next year, the smallest i recall when i was in my twenty 189. i am now 41 and have been struggling with the whole thing diabetes, blood pressure, cholesterol, sleeping apena, tired all the time. so i started working out now i do cardio, weights, very active, still working on finding the right center/ doctor that accept my insurance and hoefully settle in to do the surgery next year. this was a bit about me...:)
Now about you, what have you done differently with the excess skin after the weight loss, i have not seen any in the pixs how did you lose all of that weight and kept it off for 3 years. i am stunned.
Oh BTW i love sweets. :)
