What's on your Menu Today (Tuesday) RNYers?
Good morning Menu family!
Happy Surgiversary Daisy!
QOTD: I like Comedy, Fantasy, and Romance for the most part. And Comic book hero movies. I can't do horror or much suspense, esp now with my anxiety. In fact I've had to table watching walking dead this season because i just cant handle it right now. Maybe later. haha.
My weight has been teetering between 199.5 and 201 for the last week, so I'm not going to claim onederland until i'm consistently there.

I found it on pinterest, because I wanted to keep the ricotta without overplaying the italian thing.
2 cups part skim ricotta, 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla, 4 tbsp sweetener, 1 tbsp cocoa (or sub for orange zest). bake in a greased 8x8 pan/dish for 35-40 min at 350.
I'll have to check out the walden farms syrup, thanks!

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Friends!
It's still pretty nice here for November. It's supposed to be 71 degrees today and 73 degrees tomorrow! Then it cools down a bit, but I still can't complain. Wonderful weather for walking the dogs.
QOTD: Give me a movie about a dog and I'm there! I also love any Robin Williams movies (miss him) and Tom Hanks movies. Love Harry Potter but I liked reading the books even better than watching the movies. I like comedies, drama, fantasy, Disney movies, just about any movie as long as it isn't a "shoot em up" or a "blood and guts" movie.
My menu for today:
B: 2 eggs, sunny side up, 3 strips bacon
L: Lettuce, spinach, chicken, cheese, cranberries & nuts, low cal dressing
D: Chicken enchilada soup light
S: Light n fit Greek yogurt
S: Roast beef w/ cream cheese rolls
Exercise: Walking the dogs around the subdivision
Have a FANTASTIC day everyone!
~ Karen
I the Harry Potter Books! I used to read the whole series over again when a new book was released... I haven't read the new book yet because I don't have the time anymore to be reading 7 books, and I'm torn. I loved getting 'into' the HP thought process for the new book. I'm a geek like that!
