What's on your Menu Today (Tuesday) RNYers?
I'm so sorry you are having problems Stacy. I've had to re-do my list of things I can comfortably eat a time or two. I haven't had any acid problems, just really picky tummy syndrome .
I don't try to eat all the things I was able to eat with my sleeve anymore so that has helped a lot.
Good luck honey...I'll keep you in my prayers.
Original surgery: VSG Feb. 2009
REVISED TO RNY FEBRUARY 2016
Height: 5'7"
Start weight: 252. Current weight: 120
QOTD: my favorites are documentaries and independent & foreign films. I avoid theatres now because of the popcorn, and like someone else said, I don't like sitting still for very long - so I basically watch movies on Netflix but split them up over two or three different nights.
17 months out:
B: plain Greek yogurt with SF blackberry sauce and a few fresh raspberries
S: protein mocha latte (skinny version), coffee with half & half
L: 1 C cottage cheese, (really) small pear (some exotic (but tasty) cultivar that I'd never seen before)
D: chicken/apple/pecan salad
maybe some more Greek yogurt or pumpkin chia pudding later if I can afford the calories
Exercise - I need to do something - especially now that I have a Fitbit! (as of yesterday). Plus I haven't done much this week...
Happy Surgiversary Daisy!
I hate that it's dark so early now, I need to do my errands after work, I hate having to go to the market on the weekend when the whole world is there. It hasn't been really cold here lately, but I'm dreading the winter with the cold and the snow. I need to move somewhere Sunny and 75!
QOTD: Definitely comedy for me. Not a huge fan of fantasy, I loved the Harry Potter books, but not the movies so much. Probably because they are on so often and dd and dh are always watching. It gets a bit old.

B: 2 eggs, decaf coffee w/cream
