Yay!!! So glad you finally hit that magical number! Question... are you happy at that weight now?

I set my goal for 145. I was 171.6 this morning (170.6 yesterday grrr), and I have my goal set at 145. I don't think that's going to be my final goal as I get closer, but I don't know for sure yet. It's so hard when you are MO to just pick a number out of the sky to decide on! (My doctor's office doesn't give goals, but I figure I'll talk to him more about that Thursday when I have my 6 month appointment). 

Just curious if you're happy and plan on staying where you are today!

no- I don't want to be done- just didn't think it would slow down to 2 pounds a month! My 1 year is Dec 15. I would like to get as low as I can to be honest. My next goal is 130, then 125. Then we will see but I still am very motivated, just been very head hungry hungry hippo lately!

Good morning friends. I am sorry about your dog Daisy, hopefully it will be just a non-cancerous area.

QOTD: I've lost a ton. Especially up front is precariously thin, but I do think it's slowing down now. I'm getting my protein in much more consistently and I'm using Nioxin as well (don't know if that's actually helping).

B- 2 oz steak; irish tea w/SF creamer

L- shrimp with pico and guac

D- shredded chicken with cheese

S- cheddar cheese stick

S- chobani flip

Totals- Cals- 704; protein-80; carbs- 28; fat- 29

I am worried about hairloss. My hair is pretty fine so I don't really think I have a lot to lose; a part of me fears being bald! 

AMAWC starts today - Work Christmas Party is on Saturday and the dress is definitely fitting now- except around the arms. I don't know if my arms are especially fat or what, but the arms are pretty snug.  It's a short sleeve, and I found a fix on-line but I'm a bit nervous to try it. You basically let out a little of the band and sew in a piece of elastic.  I'm not a sewer, but it did look easy. I just don't want to wreck the dress.

AMAW-C today so the menu is easy. 

 

Hard boiled eggs for breakfast and bratwurst sausage for lunch - found a brand at the store where hubby works that have no fillers and no added sugars.  Just meat and spices.  

 

Chicken for supper.

Fine as in not thick lol! I can use the smallest elastics to put my hair in to a ponytail.

Good Morning Daisy and Menu Friends!

Prayers for Amy and for your and Arun, Daisy!  I sure hope it is benign.

QOTD:  Unfortunately my hair had already started thinning before I even had surgery and after surgery it really started falling out!  I am hoping it stops soon and starts growing back or I fear I will soon be BALD!  I probably have half as much of my long hair and my bangs are really skimpy as you can see in this picture.  In this picture probably most of my long hair is pulled to the front so it doesn't look that bad, but spread it out over my back and it thins out.  Since I'm an old lady I should probably cut my hair short, but I've always had it long and really don't want to cut it.

My menu for today:

B:  Crepe w/ peaches, cream cheese & cool whip

L:  Lettuce, spinach, 2 h.b. eggs, bacon, cheese, low cal dressing

D:  Chili cheese dog

S:  Light n Fit Greek yogurt

S:  Moon cheese or Mr. Cheese O's

Exercise:  Walking the dogs around the subdivision
