Our girls trip is so affordable. We've found Carnival to be the least expensive and we pack 3 or 4 of us in a room. The cruise has never been more than $600 cdn plus the airfare. We always have a blast too. We're all missing going this year but it seemed like we all had commitments - mine being not knowing when surgery is.

Morning everyone!

I don't usually make it to the computer on the weekends, but this morning I'm starting off slower than I usually do, so thought I'd jump on here and see what's up!

QOTD: One of my biggest fantasy trips would involve a stop to the Great Barrier Reef for a week of diving. I used to scuba dive a lot when I was younger, and even a few years ago my hubby and I did a cruise and stopped off in Cancun and did a touristy dive. I LOVE it. It's like being in outer space, being weightless and seeing all the beautiful sites under water! I'm a warm weather kind of girl (and even more so now since WLS), and I could visit every beach in the world and be happy!

Last night we went to a dinner party at a friend's house. We had pork tenderloin, asparagus, tomato salad and other things I didn't eat. About 20 minutes after dinner I realized I must have not chewed enough, so I spent the rest of the evening feeling like crap, and just before we left I got sick. That hasn't happened in weeks!!! I guess I just didn't chew something well enough. A not so nice reminder that CHEWING is my best friend! Ugh.

B: my daughter's leftover ribeye that will go bad, so someone has to eat it Grin 2 cups of decaf with creamer and SF caramel pecan syrup

L: Open as we'll be at my aunt's house

D: Marinated chicken leg quarters and something on the side, maybe roasted cauliflower

Tomato salad is one my all time favorite foods ever! Sorry to hear about your not so nice reminder. I had one of those last week! Yuk!

Im back from my brother's.  I didnt make good choices and had a few alcoholic drinks every night. Today back on the wagon.

QOTD I always wanted to go to England,  Ireland and the Cayman Islands.

B egg beater with ham and cheese omelet and string cheese.

L cheeseburger

D chicken quarter and fresh cooked carrots 

S Greek yogurt,  turkey sausage snack sticks and apple

Good morning! Thanks for starting us today! This afternoon we are heading to hubbys cousins sons "off to boot camp" party but nothing else too exciting. I'm either fighting a cold or allergies so lots of rest planned this weekend. 

QOTD: I would go to Australia or Sweden.

menu for the day: B: latte, oatfit packet and turkey sausage links. L: we might be out and about but if we are home sweet and spicy tuna packet, carrots, and string cheese. D: Shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa. S: yogurt and salami. I did my 6 miles this morning and water and vits on track.

Can I just say I am tired? Even though the pain isn't as bad as the other day... I am still in pain...so that wears on you. So many emotions the last few weeks wears on you as well.

Felt a little shaky after my shower so two spoons of PB to start the day

B: 1 hard boiled egg, 2 babybel cheese

L: steak/provolone  melt on 1/2 Low carb Pita

D: chicken with cesear dressing

Snacks: Chocolate chai latte, SF Jello and whipped cream, syntrax fuzzy navel in water

Hope you're feeling better soon.  Is it your surgery that's causing the pain? I was kind of lax on the menu thread for a few weeks so I think I've missed something. Sending positive thoughts your way.
