Protein for the Hair

The WLS-life seems to give me dry hair. Googling homemade hair treatments resulted in one of many recipes using a stirred mixture of:  1/2 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt, a whole egg, and a squirt of honey.  I globbed it on my short-length hair, covered my head with a plastic grocery bag, low-heated the bag with a handheld blow dryer, and left it for 20 minutes.  What mix ran down my face was rubbed into nose and chin pores. Rinsing was easy, the result seems noticeable, and think most of you have those ingredients on hand if interested to try, too.  Hopefully, White Dove will chime in if she thumbs-up or thumbs-downs the recipe.

There is a really good chance that dry hair means you aren't getting enough fat in your diet.

I remember mixing an egg with my Breck shampoo to make my hair shiny in high school.

The treatment you used should make your hair look better and the heat from the blow dryer would make it absorb some of the protein.

Sounds good to  me.
