What's on your Menu today (Wednesday) RNYers?
on 11/9/16 11:15 am - GTA, Ontario, Canada
I appreciate your "stress" eating... that's all I am going to say!
Love your breakfast was a cheeseburger and coffee, that's mind kind of meal!!! I love "Food" in the morning, not "breakfast" food like cereal or toast or oatmeal, give me meat! LOL
Hang in there JB, my door is always open

You are going to regret that "door is always open" thing before long cuz I'm on my way!
And yes I totally ate a cheeseburger for breakfast. Lol. I wondered if anyone was going to catch that! I don't seem to stay at home very often anymore, so on those rare nights when I do, I'm really limited to what's in the freezer. So cheeseburgers for breakfast, it is!

Good morning Daisy and menu friends , Your right it is cold here today . I think I'm going to have to get myself a duvet , sounds devine .

Learned pretty early on that that wasn't a good idea at all . Good for you for giving it away . I love how you show us that your only human and how real the struggle is . Your a fantastic role model .

Oh my don't even get me started on Costco and all things wonderful and yummy from there LOL! I friggin love Costco but I have to limit only going there if we have company coming over!
Lizz I am so "human" I make mistakes, and its the least I can do to help or support all of you in this journey. I hardly think I am a role model but thank you, just want to see you all succeed and if I can help then yay!! Thank you for kind words, means a lot to me! In a year or two from now you will hear it echoing in your mind "the struggle is real!!"" LOL LOL
Great menu!! awesome on the calories and protein, you are doing so well, so proud of you!
Hi all- things are good. Been keeping busy, went to vote yesterday- in and out in 10 min! then ran by mcd's and got a grilled piece of chicken for dinner and a decaf coffee. When I got home, i thought it would be super fun to make a fish soup broth for all that darn swai and salmon, It was a tomato curry broth and ended up at 59 calories without the fish so that was a WIN for me. Two bowls in the fridge for today/tomm and that should help the leftover fish cause!
QOTD: I do the grocery shopping in my house. I do tend to buy lots of sweets/snacks for DH and it is hard for me not to buy then especially when there are deals for them. I don't eat them. He probably has granola/snacks for months and months. I'm sure there are things I do (like eat crumbs off his plate that I did before. I have a hard time throwing stuff away food wise not in a hoarder sense.
