I hope it never happens to you tt, but at least you have been "warned" LOL
Great menu, try and get those protein numbers over 70 if you can, the calories and carbs are fantastic, but more protein (if you can!).

When I started out after having surgery. It was very easy to not put crap in my cart. I was on a high. I was not going to gain the weight was gone. Everyone told me wait till year three and it will get harder.
Well it has gotten harder. I can pretty much eat whatever I want most of the time. I do make better choices. I have put stuff in my cart ate some of it. Bought it and threw it away on the way out of the store.
Trigger foods are no longer welcome in my house. Just like when I stopped drinking there is no wine in the house either. For me it was all or nothing. Hopefully one day that will change.
b:Yogurt with banana
L:Ham and cheese
D:Meatloaf
S:Not sure if I need one I will eat it.
Have a good day.

Its so easy in the beginning right... I hit my official year 3 date next Tuesday the 15th and YUP its HARD, like way harder than I ever imagined, and I mean WAY HARDER.
I was craving meatloaf the other day and you are having it for dinner. Do you make this at home or store bought? Was wondering if you have a fav recipe to share.
Have a good one!
Daisy - I have a super delicious meatloaf recipe that I make (if I do say so myself lol). I use ground turkey (93/7) and mix it up with two beaten eggs, a can of green chilies, shredded Mexican cheese, and some sautéed onions. I may or may not add some bread crumbs. Then I bake it in a meatloaf pan for maybe an hour? It's so savory and delicious! Since we share the same taste buds, you might like it too!
