Trip Weight Gain - Again!

Ok, so many of you saw my post about many great NSV's I observed while on my trip to Palm Beach. I got home last night, and I am up 2.6 pounds this morning. Although I would prefer to have maintained or lost weight, I'll take it! I would have gained double that, if I had not had surgery! Gotta get it off quickly, though!

I'm up 5.5 lbs from my surgery Monday but counting it as fluid . It still sucks to see the number lol . You'll get it off .

You will too! Hope you're on the mend after your surgery. Fluid weight is the worst!

I went up about 5 pounds from GB surgery also. Give it a week or two.

I wait 2 days from a vacation return to weigh in.....especially when flight is involved !!!!! Saves me the mental abuse of dealing with a gain number.
