I hate that it is getting dark out so early too!!

B: 1 1/2 eggs, low fat cheese, 1/2 oz lo sodium ham

L: 2oz mixed w/plain 1Tbsp plain Greek yogurt, 1tsp mayo and spicy mustard, 1/2 low fat cheese stick

D: 2 oz White chicken chili, 1 Tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese, 1 cherry pepper

S: 3 oz low fat blueberry chobani yogurt

 

Cals: 501, Carbs: 23g, Fat: 19g, Protein: 61g
