4 years out...
Hello all,
I don't always post but I read often and offer advice when I can. I am 4 years out, maintaining my 110 lb loss. I have had some issue with my iron lately but I changed over to the MD Patch and had my blood work done this week, so we will see how that has worked out.
I am blessed to be healthy. My arthritic knee created a bit of an issue so I just had meniscus surgery...so thankful to not be carrying around that extra 100 pounds while recovering.
Here's a current picture with me and my tiny mom...I'm 5'11"...she's not...lol. And one of my and my lovely daughter and my mom...

Nice pics...you look healthy and happy. I'm 5'11, too, so always enjoy seeing what other tall women weigh and how good they look. You're ticker says you are 170 and you look beautiful! So many petite women are aiming for weights of 125 or below and II always feel out of place when I talk about my preferred weight range being much higher. Wishing you all the best!
We would look like the walking dead at 125...lol...it is considered underweight by BMI. 140 is the lowest "normal" on BMI and unless you are super super muscular...and I'm not...that would still be underweight in my humble opinion...I'd like to be 160 to 165...haven't gotten there yet, but my daughter's wedding is next October...so game on! But 170 works. It's a healthy BMI. I'm a size 10. I still have curves. Which I like. And so does DH!
