Same beef that I could eat early on!! Expensive, yummy, steak!

It's not that expensive if it's only for you... you get a TON of meals out of it! (to the point that I freeze a few servings and take them the next week)... HOWEVER, in a family situation, the 'tribe' gets all bent out of shape if momma is smacking down on a ribeye, while they're being offered fish sticks!

I think about popcorn every day! I wasn't even this obsessed about it pre WLS. Every time I go to the store I put a jar of popcorn seeds in my basket but I always talk myself out of buying it and put it back. I know I would eat it every day if I have it in the house. It was my first cheat too! I've never been a big sweets eater and I think I like them even less now.

Have you tried canned chicken with the balsamic dressing?

Im looking for other options to my daily routine. I'm not a fish fan though :(

I have tried canned chicken, was not really my favourite thing, I must prefer fresh. And I only eat tuna with balsamic when I eat chicken, pork or beef I use BBQ sauce or A1 sauce.

Good luck!

It's 6:37pm and I'm just finally sitting down today.  I tried to get on this morning, but I left for work at 7:30 and didn't stop until just now when I ate my dinner.  The drive to work today sucked, because President Obama was speaking about 3 miles from my work, and it was a very slow drive in.  The drive home wasn't better, and I had a dental cleaning after work.  My hubby made dinner and I'm just now feeling like I can breathe again.

DD2QOTD:  Crackers.  I bought a box of Saltines for the family on Halloween because I made a big pot of chili to share with my inlaws when the kids were trick or treating.  I actually ate a whole sleeve of crackers over the course of the evening.  I took the other three sleeves to my inlaws and didn't bring any home.  I have zero self control with crackers of any kind.

15 months since surgery

B: 1 egg, 2 slices of bacon and 1/2 a low calories tortilla. Coffee with SF coffeemate

L: shrimp with ****tail sauce made with Reduced sugar ketchup

D: 3.8oz grilled chicken on a romaine salad with carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes with fat free thousand island dressing

S: 2x light and fit greek yogurt.

Totals:

calories 605 protein 76 carbs 36 fat 19

I will likely have 2 cups of air popped popcorn with real butter and salt this evening that will take me up to about 800 calories.

I've had a great food day today.  I have tomorrow off and my only plan is to vote for Hillary Clinton at the polls.
